Terrell L. Skinner - Executive Director

Terrell L. Skinner is the founder and Executive Director of The Skinner Foundation and co-owner of House of Skinner Wellness. Mr. Skinner has a deep passion for the advancement of youth and creating opportunities for African American entrepreneurship. Mr. Skinner is a former professional and collegiate athlete University of Maryland student-athlete and alum, and a United States Army veteran. Prior to joining the military, Mr. Skinner was a former professional athlete in the National Football League and Canadian Football League.

Justin R. Miller - Board President

Justin R. Miller is the Director of Operations for Centricity. Mr. Miller earned his B.A. in Political Science and Community from Florida State University and is an MBA candidate at the University of South Florida. He serves as a officer at Greater Mount Zion AME Church, volunteer at Jim & Heather Gills YMCA and the Youth Development Foundation of Pinellas County, Inc. and a board member for the Tampa Bay Sickle Cell Foundation. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Eta Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Ariana R. Statham - Program Director

Ariana R. Statham is the Program Director for The Skinner Foundation and Account & Business Manager for House of Skinner Wellness. She is an advocate for equality for all youth and mental health awareness in the African American community. Ms. Statham earned her B.A. in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Maryland.

Kenneth W. Hammond - Board Vice President

Kenneth W. Hammond is an analyst for the United States Central Command, and the Director of Recreational Soccer and coach at the Tampa Bay United Rowdies Soccer Club. Mr. Hammond is a retired United States Army combat veteran, having served from 2010-2017. He is from Detroit, Michigan, and currently resides with his family in Valrico, Florida.

Michael Wall - Secretary

Michael Wall is the Chief Executive Officer for Limitless and Associates, LLC. He is a retired United States Army Intelligence analyst and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) veteran. Mr. Wall holds a B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Ashford University. Mr. Wall is committed to the progression and development of aspiring entrepreneurs.
